		<description>It had been going for about 2 hours or so.  Yeah, I think you're right, Julie.  The act of making a traditional pot is so much part of the experience! (!!!!!!)

But you really should try some of the cold brew if you ever get a chance.  It's so non-acidic.  It's almost weird how smooth it is.</description>

		<description>Well, we both cleaned it up.  Didn't take too long, since it was still wet.

The coffee is brewed cold, but you drink it hot by adding hot water.  It's concentrated in the brew so you have to add more water later.
