After reading and reporting on all the great reviews, we finally broke down and spent the big bucks to get the Dyson Slim. I'm glad to report that it was a smart investment. The other Dyson vacs. are very heavy and they were smart to come out with the slim. Don't believe the nay sayers out there.

I think loot is the proper word.

Do you have an awesome blender? I have my eye on the Krups KB720. Modern marvel--this thing is designed! But, my current Wal-Mart blender just won't die!

Rob and Sarah,
Cool loot, oops sorry, gifts! HaHa. Only you Rob would think of using a vacuum for a laser sword. Now me, I am THRILLED with the KitchenAid mixer. Cookies, breads, sugar plums dance in my head. And Sarah, the pink baking dishes looks like those silicone molds, right? I have seen those and I can only invision filling them up, lifting them, having them flex and batter all over me and the floor. Let me know how they work. I am leaving the testing to these wonderful gadgets to someone else first!!!
