MTSI party

My MTSI office threw a very nice party for me last Friday. Cake and everything. Here are some pics of the event (click on the images to zoom in)…

They made this nifty homemade card for me. I like the imagery they chose, with the two Denver skylines between the human figure.

I remember what its like. It has been 7 years since we moved from Tulsa to Kansas City but I remember how hard it was leaving friends eventhough I really hated living in OK. Things couldn’t be better. When God is the author of the move its amazing how much better things are. I’m excited for you and this new chapter in your life.

Birthday parties are always fun! On my last, I was so discouraged and my friend ended up throwing me a party and it was a great encouragement. I mean, my pastors even came and they’ve never done that before! It as a good night.

Love the card they made for you! Did the pictures come out okay from the singles bday/going away bash? You are probably unloading the truck and getting your furniture set up in your new home about now. I am sooooo jealous!! (especially after checking the weather forecast for Denver). But I am so excited about this new adventure and opportunity in your life. I know you are going to love living in Colorado. ๐Ÿ˜†
