The long happy life of a coyote survivor

That was such a beautifully written post, Rob. Eb will be missed.

Lux Aeterna

Love this post!  You have (as usual) expressed our feelings so eloquently.  Nice job.

O great mystery

We sang de Victoria’s version in college and I’ve loved it ever since.  I think you hit the nail on the head with describing the song and lyrics as “ethereal”

More Craigslist scam baiting

HI there
I think Mr. Adams is at it again. He was going by the name of Jude Winberly but the email was blladams4@gmail.com and basically exactly the same as above happened to me as you but I didn’t have as much fun with it. I sent a report to craig’s list and the FTC
Do I need to do anything to protect myself? I sent him my address, phone, name and of course he has my email. I didn’t print the check or give him any banking info.

like cats and dogs: a taxonomy

I like how Eb’s hair is standing on end in the confrontation picture!

vain numbers

Carl, should I be offended by the term, “juvenile?” Or should I be offended by the inference that I was misusing my energy?

nature preserve updates

It will be fun to see how Eb will react!

Christmas in Colorado!

Oh, it looks beautiful! I’m disappointed that I haven’t been able to decorate yet!

Is that a real tree, Rob?

Sarah, I am dang impressed! DANG impressed! The stockings are adorable!

Poor Eb and his “fewer gifts.” LOL!

Yeah, it looks like you guys had so much fun!!! I’m glad! Cute pictures, too!

Panera… mmmm

I love Panera! I almost always order the Frontega Chicken too–it must be genetics!

Bloggers unite!

Oh, what fun times! I can’t wait to see your new place and area, Rob! Hopefully, we’ll be able to come out next summer. I wish it could be sooner–just not sure with the internship coming up next semester.

J&J, your kids are so photogenic sweeties!

Survey says…

Seriously, Rob, what’s our deal with the bathrooms?

» Posted By Melissa On November 9, 2005 @ 6:19 pm

Rob, I like it! I like the Viggo thing just like Jules, but I also think the clean cut look is hot!

The hair club for men

Darn! I just got back from my trip, so I probably missed my chance to vote. I don’t really like B–what’s up with the part spike? Actually it’s pretty funny because James said anything but A or C, and I was going to tell you to pick either A or C!

I’m back, baby!

“times, they are a changing.”

That quote makes me think of that song from Ragtime, Rob. “Any man can get where he wants to; if he’s got some fire in his soul.”

I’m outta here!

Rob, I’m so jealous! Say hi to all your buddies and to the Dodds for me!

I tried out one of the puzzles last night when I was in the process of going to bed! It IS addicting!

Snow Day!

Are you serious? That’s awesome!

I have a partial day off… My class this afternoon was cancelled because my prof is in Sweden! Random! 🙄

Flaming Lips and the Search for Manhood

I love when you can find music that speaks to where you’re at. There’s something that resonates within your soul when that happens.

Lost

That’s what Jim and I do with 24. We were behind the first year, so from then on we just rented them. It’s kind of fun. Last year, we watched almost the whole season making Christmas cards–Yes, Jim helped me! What a stud!

» Posted By Melissa On October 8, 2005 @ 11:24 pm

The first season just came out on dvd! Jim and I didn’t watch it either, so we’re planning on renting the episodes!

Singleness: disease or identity?

nice pun, julie! 😉

» Posted By Melissa On October 6, 2005 @ 4:29 pm

Man, I am always three days late! Rob, I completely agree and I love your attitude. It’s so true. Speaking of idiotic statements, I’ve had people tell me that because I met Jim in college I was really only going to school to get my MRS degree. Oh, that ticks me off. I’m sure you can imagine; you’ve seen my looks before! 👿

Breckenridge Film Festival, 2005

Wouldn’t it be fun if we came out and joined you next year!?! You got me antsy to go!

Timely post, Rob! Something I needed to read.

AC outlet tester

man, you are smart! I don’t even know what you need an outlet tester for!

hmm…after some analysis–is it for testing outlets?

Couldn’t you just take a lamp or an alarm clock around to each outlet and plug it in to see if it works?

Rob’s big spinach salad

That’s awesome that you commented about your plate and fork. That was the first thing I noticed. I love em’! I’m sure Mom would be happy to hook you up with some matching pieces! 😉

Julie, what are you talking about? I love your site and the way you write too! I don’t always keep up with everyone’s blogs, but when I do read’em I’m always sure to catch up on yours especially!

Birthday

Rob! That’s an adorable picture of you! Aww, my brother!

Weird timing for you to post this though…I’m not kidding I dreamed just two nights ago that I was being chased down the street on a motorized Big Wheel, but I couldn’t get it to go fast enough. This man was chasing me, and I couldn’t get away. It sounds laughable, but I was really terrified! 😉
