That’s correct Breanna. The pot isn’t a true potentiometer. It’s a digital device, sending out pulses for direction and speed.

One other note about Picasa is that you are free to move the files and folders around on your computer and that won’t break Picasa. It will auto-rediscover where you’ve moved them. Very nice feature!
